How this automation works

Quickly record your weight or other notes with a Note widget and automatically log them in iOS Health. This Applet runs whenever you create a new note in the Note widget, saving the entry to Health and sending you an email copy. Perfect for tracking health data or personal reflections across devices. Note: Install the IFTTT app and add the Note widget to your home screen.
