Billing FAQs
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit and debit cards on ifttt.com, plus PayPal and direct debit (US only). You can also subscribe in the IFTTT app through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
How does renewal work?
Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month or year, depending on your billing cycle.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. If you subscribed on ifttt.com, go to your Billing page, click Switch plans, and choose a new plan. Downgrades take effect immediately, and any unused time is applied toward future charges.
What currency are prices in?
Prices on ifttt.com are shown in US dollars. To pay in your local currency, email billing@ifttt.com. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are billed in your local currency automatically.
Can I use IFTTT for free?
Yes. A Free account needs no subscription and includes a monthly allowance of credits to run your Applets. Paid plans come with more credits and extra features.
