How this automation works
Post an Intercom contact's profile to Discord when a QR code matches your pattern. The Camera Widget triggers when a scanned QR matches the regular expression you set, the Applet looks up that matched value in Intercom, and then sends a rich Discord message with the contact details. Useful for support or sales teams who want instant context in Discord channels when a customer or lead is identified from a QR scan. Note: Customize the message to fit your tone.
