If Ambient weather station reports significant rain amount (e.g. 0.2 inch), do not water my yard for today and tomorrow, or specified number of days.

This trigger fires when the Daily Rain measurement rises above a given threshold.

This action will prevent Netro devices from watering in the next few days.
