This Applet runs whenever a new message arrives in a selected Google Chat space and appends its content to a document in your Google Drive. This query returns a list of when new documents were added to a Google Drive folder.
Add member to a space
Action
An action is the task your Applet carries out after the trigger occurs. It defines what happens as the result of your automation and completes the workflow.
This action will add a member to a space using their email address. Note: This action will only work if you have the permissions to modify the space members and settings. Also, the member should be a Google Workspace member.
Append to a document
Action
An action is the task your Applet carries out after the trigger occurs. It defines what happens as the result of your automation and completes the workflow.
This action will add to a Google document as determined by the file name and folder path you specify. Once a file’s size reaches 2MB a new file will be created.
Create a document
