Turn off a Kasa device when a WiSPLICE session ends

This is to be used in conjunction with the "Turn on a Kasa device" applet to turn Off the Kasa device once the WiSPLICE session has ended.

This trigger fires when a WiSPLICE user stops a session on the specified station.

This action will turn off a selected device.
