How this automation works
Navigate to the Weather channel at http://ifttt.com/weather and set your location to somewhere East of your home to artificially trigger sunset early by a variable time depending on how far East you go. For example Dijon will trigger lights approximately 1/2 an hour before sunset in UK (Bristol).
