Create an event in G Cal with the word "Wake" and ifttt will call you ten minutes before the time you set with a slightly silly, slightly motivating wake up message.
May cause unwanted calls before wakes and gnarly wakeboarding sessions, but "wake" is fast to txt to G Cal at 48368.
