About this Applet
Every day at a time you set, this checks your readiness score against today's activity level and creates a Google Calendar event recommending either a recovery session (if you're under-recovered but already active) or a higher-intensity session (if you're well-recovered but haven't moved much). If neither pattern is clearly present, no event is created. Customize before turning on: the time fields, and the readinessThreshold / activityGoalThreshold values in Filter Code.
