About this Applet
For community builders, press a single Button to create a standardized incident record in Airtable so moderators can log issues quickly and consistently. It runs when the IFTTT Button widget is pressed and uses the Airtable "Create a new record" action to populate configured fields (for example: timestamp, reporter, and quick notes).
