How this automation works
Post a Placid-generated image preview to Discord when you scan a URL QR code with the Camera widget. When the Camera widget detects a URL QR code it sends the scanned URL to Placid to render your template (using optional layer overrides) and then posts the generated image link to your chosen Discord channel. This is useful for instantly sharing menus, links, or visual previews from QR codes with teams using Camera widget, Placid, and Discord. Customize the message to fit your tone.
