How this automation works
Control your Honeywell evohome system remotely by sending an email. This Applet runs when you send an email to IFTTT with a specific hashtag in the subject line and will switch your heating system to the selected quick action mode. Ideal for managing home temperature while you’re away or returning from a trip. Customize the message to fit your tone. Note: Install the IFTTT app on the device(s) where you want to receive notifications.
