I used this with a simple webcam on my desktop computer that saves a video if it senses motion. It saves the video into a "videos" folder in my local dropbox folder, as dropbox syncs it, I get a text with a link to watch the video

This Trigger fires every time any file is saved in the folder you specify. NOTE: will process up to 15 files per polling period.

This action will send a notification to your devices from the IFTTT app.
