I wanted to be able use Siri to add a reminder to a specific iOS reminder list and have it get added to a specific Trello board ("Siri, Add reminder to "). This is now possible using Trello's card-creation-via-email (see http://help.trello.com/customer/portal/articles/1216141-creating-cards-by-email).
