2. Take that code and paste it to the end of this: http://alerts.weather.gov/cap/wwaatmget.php?x=
3. Enter that string below in the "New feed item" window.
This will blink your lights in the event of a severe weather warning in your area whenever IFTTT updates - which is usually around every 15 minutes.
