How this automation works
Control your TP-Link Kasa smart plugs with a simple email command. This Applet runs whenever you send an email to trigger@applet.ifttt.com that includes a specific hashtag in the subject line, automatically turning off your selected Kasa device. Perfect for remote power management or controlling devices when you’re away from home. Customize the message to fit your tone. Note: Install the IFTTT app on the device(s) where you want to receive notifications.
