Automate your Alexa routines using tagged emails sent to IFTTT. When you send an email to trigger@applet.ifttt.com with a specific hashtag in the subject line, this Applet will trigger your chosen Alexa Routine through a Virtual Button. Perfect for quickly activating smart home actions or custom Alexa responses using any email account. Customize the message to fit your tone. Note: Install the IFTTT app on the device(s) where you want to receive notifications.
