Create a Simulated Momentary button named Tivo in Smartthings. Use this recipe to have that switch turn on activity in Harmony. Works with Amazon Echo to turn on/off TV by voice.

If

Switched on

This Trigger fires every time your SmartThings device is switched on.

Then

Start activity

This Action will start the Harmony Home activity you specify.
