Use this recipe to add a specific Twitter profile's tweets to a daily email digest. In the "Username to watch" section, put the username you want added to the digest. By default, digest is delivered at 8am each day.

This Trigger fires every time the Twitter user you specify tweets.

This Action will add an item to your daily digest sent once a day at the time you specify.
