If

Leak Sensor (iSB02) detects leak (or absence of leak)

This trigger fires based on the detection of a leak.

Then

Set Valve State

This action will allow you to manually open and close the valve on the leak detector.

And

Trip Leak Alarm

This action will trip the leak alarm on the leak detector.
