How this automation works
Trigger your Homey automation using any external service or device that can send a web request. This Applet runs when your Webhook event fires and starts the selected Flow in your Homey setup. Perfect for integrating custom actions, IoT devices, or automation platforms with Homey Flows in real time. Note: This requires a reachable webhook endpoint (URL).

Realtime Applets run after the trigger service notifies IFTTT of a new trigger event. Since IFTTT is notified proactively of new trigger events, realtime Applets normally run within a few seconds of a trigger event occurring.
This trigger is run every time a specific Flow has been started on Homey. In order to use this Applet you need to be an owner on your Homey and have the IFTTT Homey App installed.
Receive a web request

Realtime Applets run after the trigger service notifies IFTTT of a new trigger event. Since IFTTT is notified proactively of new trigger events, realtime Applets normally run within a few seconds of a trigger event occurring.
This trigger fires every time the Maker service receives a web request to notify it of an event. For information on triggering events, go to your Maker service settings and then the listed URL (web) or tap your username (mobile)
