Use motion detection of ecobee3 to turn on lights on WeeMo

This will use the ecobee3's motion detector senors to turn on non-motion detecting WeeMo plugs (that can be used to turn on lights).

This trigger fires every time your ecobee thermostat and Room Sensors change to Smart Home or Smart Away comfort profiles.

This Action will turn a WeMo Switch on. If the WeMo Switch is already on, it will remain on.
