Use this recipe to automatically track/log your attendance based on geographical location. This recipe works great as a backup time sheet and could potentially aid in any time clock discrepancies. Prerequisites: IFTTT app opened in the background of your iOS device. Google Spreadsheet. Tip: Use the map zoom feature to increase accuracy of location positioning.

This Trigger fires every time you enter or exit an area you specify.

Google Sheets icon

Add row to spreadsheet

This action will add a single row to the bottom of the first worksheet of a spreadsheet you specify. Note: a new spreadsheet is created after 2000 rows.
