If you post a wordpress post in aspecified category, then add post title, url and first image to bufferapp selected account as post for sending later

This Trigger fires every time you publish a new post on your public WordPress blog with a specific tag or category.

This Action will add a post to Buffer. If your Buffer is full then the post will be skipped.
