This applet is meant to turn off a climate device when a temperate upper bound is reached. I wrote this to turn an outside fan off when the temperature outside is rises above 72 to save on A/C costs by no bringing in outside air.

This Trigger monitors your local temperature and fires whenever the temperature rises above the value you provide.

This Action will turn a WeMo Switch off. If the WeMo Switch is already off, it will remain off.
