Receive an instant notification when your Withings Sleep detects you've gotten into bed. This Applet runs whenever your Withings Sleep sensor detects bedtime based on your configured active hours, sending a Pushover notification to your devices. Ideal for tracking bedtime routines or ensuring nightly rest awareness. Note: Install the IFTTT app on the device(s) where you want to receive notifications.
