How this automation works
Send a configurable web request when Follow Up Boss creates a new contact. The Applet runs whenever the New contact trigger fires and posts the contact details to your specified endpoint using the Webhooks maker action. It's useful for forwarding new leads to external CRMs, notification services, or custom systems for real-time processing with Follow Up Boss and Webhooks. Note: This requires a reachable webhook endpoint (URL).
