You should add @ifttt bot in your channel as admin, then register channel in @ifttt bot dialog (just repost message to bot).

This trigger fires when a new message is posted in a public channel where you are an admin. The @IFTTT bot must also be an admin in the channel.

Save for later

This Action will add a new item to your Pocket queue. NOTE: If using an RSS feed Trigger, please limit the number of Pocket saves to no more than a few hundred per week
