Heat pump optimization - resume normal program above selected outdoor

Resumes normal thermostat program (e.g. switches out of hold mode) when outdoor temperature rises above selected temperature. Helpful for heat pump users attempting to minimize aux heat usage. Use in conjunction with other #avoidauxheat recipe.

This trigger fires every time your ecobee thermostat senses that the outdoor temperature is greater than a specific value you supply.

This Action removes the currently running event on the selected thermostat providing the event is not a mandatory demand response event.
