Just in case you have your Android Wear off, I find PushBullet solves the trick. And when you do have it on, get the PushBullet on your #AndroidWear too provided mirroring is enabled. Be sure to set your own location and have a PushBullet account set up on your phone too. Add PushBullet to your computer and Chrome and you've got the information everywhere!
